A specific item (a specific legacy)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n A particular asset – a piece of property, a painting, a share portfolio. “I leave my original Monet painting to Cure Myotonic Dystrophy UK Charity (Registered Charity Number 1191217).”<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. A percentage share<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n “I leave 10% of my residuary estate to Cure Myotonic Dystrophy UK Charity (Registered Charity Number 1191217).” Tied to the size of the estate, so the amount adjusts with inflation and your circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4.
